The 2015 Flex Packs are now available!
Flex Packs contain 13 ticket vouchers good for any game during the 2015 Regular Season. Fans can choose between the traditional Flex Pack Voucher Book, which contains paper vouchers redeemable at the RedHawks Ticket Office, or a Paperless Flex Pack. With the Paperless Flex Pack you receive a Membership Code from our online ticket service ETIX that allows you to select and print your tickets online.

FLEX PACK FAQ’s “What is a Flex Pack?” With each Flex Pack you receive 13 Good Anytime Reserved Ticket Vouchers (good for regular season only). Come by yourself to 13 games, have a group of 13 at one game and any combination in between! “Can I redeem my vouchers in advance?” You can redeem your vouchers day of game or in advance! Booking in advance gives you the best opportunity to get your choice of seating. “Does having a Flex Pack save me money?” Getting 13 Reserved Seating Ticket Vouchers for only $100, you are saving $43 on Day of Game Ticket prices! “Can I redeem my vouchers over the phone?” Certainly! During the regular season, the RedHawks Ticket Office is open for your phone orders 10:00-6:00 Mon-Fri and 10:00-1:00 on Saturday. Call us to get your tickets put at Will Call, then when you come to the game exchange your vouchers for your tickets! “Can I redeem my vouchers online?” Traditional vouchers cannot be redeemed online, only at the ticket office and over the phone. With the Paperless Flex Pak Membership you can redeem online, at the box office, or over the phone. To use your membership online, make sure to change the ticket price code from “Adult” to “Paperless Flex Pack”.
