We are excited to be offering two different types of Flex Pack in 2012! We still have the traditional paper Flex Pack Voucher Books like we’ve always had – 13 vouchers that are redeemed through the RedHawks Ticket Office.
New for 2012, we are offering a Paperless Flex Pack option that allows you to redeem paperless vouchers online or through the Ticket Office. With the Paperless Flex Pack you receive a Membership Code from Etix that allows you to select and print your tickets from home through fmredhawks.com.

To order online just pick which type of Flex Pack you want and then click one of the two boxes below! Standard order fees of $2 per Flex Pack and $1 per order Mailing fee (Voucher Book only) apply to all online orders.

“What is a Flex Pack?”
With each Flex Pack you receive 13 Good Anytime Reserved Ticket Vouchers (good for regular season only). Come by yourself to 13 games, have a group of 13 at one game and any combination in between!
“Can I redeem my vouchers in advance?”
You can redeem your vouchers day of game or in advance! Booking in advance gives you the best opportunity to get your choice of seating.
“Does having a Flex Pack save me money?”
Getting 13 Reserved Seating Ticket Vouchers for only $100, you are saving $43 on Day of Game Ticket prices!
“Can I redeem my vouchers over the phone?”
Certainly! During the regular season, the RedHawks Ticket Office is open for your phone orders 10:00-6:00 Mon-Fri and 10:00-1:00 on Saturday. Call us to get your tickets put at Will Call, then when you come to the game exchange your vouchers for your tickets!
“Can I redeem my vouchers online?”
Traditional vouchers cannot be redeemed online, only at the ticket office and over the phone. With the Paperless Flex Pak Membership you can redeem online, at the box office, or over the phone.
