“What is a Flex Pak?”
With each Flex Pak you receive 14 Good Anytime Reserved Ticket Vouchers. Come by yourself to 14 games, have a group of 14 at one game and any combination in between!
“Can I redeem my vouchers in advance?”
You can redeem your vouchers day of game or in advance! Booking in advance gives you the best opportunity to get your choice of seating. In fact, Flex Paks can even be redeemed for seats one week before individual tickets go on sale!
“Does having a Flex Pak save me money?”
Getting 14 Reserved Seating Ticket Vouchers for only $100, you are saving $40 on Day of Game Ticket prices!
“Can I redeem my vouchers over the phone?”
Certainly! During the season, the RedHawks Ticket Office is open for your phone orders 10:00-6:00 Mon-Fri and 10:00-1:00 on Saturday. Call us to get your tickets put at Will Call, then when you come to the game exchange your vouchers for your tickets!
