“What is a Flex Pack?”

With each Flex Pack you receive 10 reserved ticket vouchers (good for regular season only). Choose any combination on how you want to use your tickets!

“Can I redeem my vouchers in advance?”

You can redeem your vouchers day of game or in advance! Booking in advance gives you the best opportunity to get your choice of seating.

“Does having a Flex Pack save me money?”

Yes, as you save $40 on game day tickets!

“Can I redeem my vouchers over the phone?”

Yes, the RedHawks Ticket Office is open for phone orders from 9:00-6:00, Monday-Friday (April to August).

“Can I redeem my vouchers online?”

Traditional vouchers cannot be redeemed online, only at the ticket office and over the phone.
