What is a Flex Pack?

You receive 10 reserved ticket vouchers (good for the regular season only). Come by yourself to 10 games, have a group of 10 at one game or any combination in between!

Can I redeem my vouchers in advance?

You can redeem your vouchers day of the game or in advance! Booking in advance gives you the best opportunity to get your choice of seating.

Does having a Flex Pack save me money?

Getting 10 reserved seating ticket vouchers for only $100, you are saving $50 on day of game ticket prices!

Can I redeem my vouchers over the phone?

Certainly! During the regular season, the RedHawks Ticket Office is open for your phone orders Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. Call us to get your tickets reserved at Will Call, then exchange your vouchers for your tickets when you come to the game!

Can I redeem my vouchers online?

Flex Pack vouchers cannot be redeemed online, only at the ticket office and over the phone.
