The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks are saddened to announce that longtime pitcher, coach and front office staff member Jeff Bittiger passed away Saturday at his home in Pennsylvania after a private battle with cancer. He was 63.

The Milwaukee Milkmen scored six unanswered runs Tuesday night to take a 6-2 win over the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks at Newman Outdoor Field. 

Dillon Thomas went 4-for-4 and blasted a home run Monday night to help the RedHawks to a 7-6 win over the Milwaukee Milkmen in front of 2,663 fans at Newman Outdoor Field. 

Juan Fernandez homered off the scoreboard in his first full game back after missing three games due to injury to lead the RedHawks to a 5-3 win over the Sioux City Explorers Thursday night in front of 3,544 fans at Newman Outdoor Field. 

Wednesday night’s RedHawks game against the Sioux City Explorers has been suspended with the two teams tied 2-2 in the top of the seventh inning.

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks transferred the contract of LHP Greg Minier to the Diablos Rojos del México of the Mexican League Tuesday.
