RedHawks release 2026 promotions schedule
FARGO — With 42 days until the RedHawks open play for their 31st season, it’s time to look ahead to the promotions available at Newman Outdoor Field in 2026!
This year, the RedHawks promotions schedule features six postgame fireworks nights, five games the team will play as the Fargo Woodchippers, four Dollar Dog Nights, three business day afternoon games with postgame concerts and many great giveaways.
Single game tickets for the 2026 season will go on sale on Monday, April 6. Tickets can be purchased online at fmredhawks.com, in person or by calling 701-235-6161.
In an ode to the 30th anniversary of the iconic Fargo cinematic connection, the RedHawks will play as the Fargo Woodchippers on June 12, July 10, July 22, August 11 and August 29. Visit fargowoodchippers.com for more information.
Six Friday night games will feature postgame fireworks (May 22, June 12, July 3, July 17, August 14, August 28) this season, and the team will play a special Fourth of July game at 2:50 p.m. on Independence Day to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States. After the Fourth of July game, fans can play catch on the field.
This summer marks the return of Dollar Dog Night to Newman Outdoor Field. Every Monday home game throughout the season will feature $1 hot dogs all game long at the main concession stands (while supplies last).
Some great giveaways on the 2026 slate include a t-shirt presented by CI Sport (June 9), a blanket presented by Essentia Health Heart & Vascular Services (June 13), a baseball cap presented by Mazda of Fargo (July 18), a kids mascot coin back presented by Sanford Children’s (July 21), a “701” cap presented by the University of North Dakota (July 31), a reversible bucket hat presented by the Sanford Health Foundation, a stocking cap presented by Kia of Fargo (August 30) and a team baseball card set presented by MATBUS (September 3).
Throughout the course of the year, the RedHawks will wear numerous different jerseys in support of various causes, including Parker’s Pals in Blue Night (July 17), Thrivent Giving Night (July 28), Honor Flight Day (August 16), Breast Cancer Awareness Night (August 27) and more.
Other standout nights include Military Appreciation Night presented by the FMWF Chamber (June 24) and the Mini Field of Beers (August 1) pregame event featuring local breweries thanks to Happy Harry’s, Suite Shots and Courts & Pints (pregame ticket package available).
Country Day (June 14) presented by Shiner Bock will give fans the chance to win tickets to local concerts and festivals, including ND Country Fest, Riley Green at the Ralph Engelstad Arena, Country Rising Festival, Lakes Jam, The Lights and more. Country Day will also feature a postgame concert by Brianna Helbling.
Fargo-Moorhead will kick off the home part of the season May 22-24 with Opening Weekend presented by Family Wellness.
The home opener on Friday, May 22, against the two-time defending AAPB champion Kane County Cougars will feature postgame fireworks, and the first 1,000 fans will receive a 2026 magnet schedule presented by Clean Response.
Saturday, May 23, will feature a Hawaiian shirt jersey giveaway thanks to Family Wellness for the first 1,000 fans. The jersey features a Hawaiian floral pattern in RedHawks colors with a team logo emblazoned on the front.
On Sunday, May 24, fans will be able to play catch on the field and run the bases after the game thanks to Erbert & Gerbert's.
