The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks picked up a key addition Thursday with the signing of former Philadelphia Phillies Triple-A prospect Matt Kroon. 

This year, the RedHawks promotions schedule features six postgame fireworks nights, five games the team will play as the Fargo Woodchippers, four Dollar Dog Nights, three business day afternoon games with postgame concerts and many great giveaways. 

The RedHawks brought back one of the best bats in the American Association Monday with the signing outfielder Dillon Thomas. 

The RedHawks added two new faces for 2026 with the acquisition of outfielder Jesús Lujano from the Cleburne Railroaders and the signing of catcher Tripp Clark. 

In honor of Fargo’s unique cinematic tie to the trusty piece of arboricultural machinery, the RedHawks will become the Fargo Woodchippers for five games in 2026. 

The RedHawks added a pair of Minnesota-Crookston alums Thursday, signing infielder/outfielder Jake Hjelle and LHP Alex Koep. 

One of last season’s finest additions is set to return to the RedHawks in 2026 after the team signed pitcher Tyler Jeans Thursday. 

After acquiring RHP Jon Beymer from the Frontier League’s Ottawa Titans on Wednesday, the RedHawks made things official on Thursday, signing the 27-year-old for the 2026 season.

Two popular RedHawks are returning to Fargo for the 2026 American Association season after the team re-signed RHP Kolby Kiser and C Juan Fernandez Wednesday.

The RedHawks will once again take on the Bison in an exhibition matchup at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, at Newman Outdoor Field. 

Fargo-Moorhead added infielder Peter Brookshaw, infielder Aidan Byrne, pitcher Angelo Cabral, pitcher Hunter Day, infielder Osmy Gregorio, infielder Andy Nelson and infielder Jose Sermo all to its roster for the upcoming season on Monday before re-signing pitcher Kyle Crigger and adding a new arm, LHP Liu Fuenmayor, on Tuesday. 

RedHawks manager Chris Coste is adding to his managerial duties south of the border after being named the interim manager of the Mexican Pacific League’s Cañeros de Los Mochis. 

With 2026 visible on the horizon, the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks continued to add to next season’s roster with the additions of infielder Lou Helmig and right-handed pitcher Justin Lopez.

The RedHawks added another local face with the signing of RHP Conner Richardson. 

Season No. 31 of fun for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks is only 204 days away. The RedHawks will kick off the 2026 American Association of Professional Baseball season on the road in Texas against the Cleburne Railroaders on May 14. 

The RedHawks started the process of building their 2026 roster Thursday, signing former MLB infielder Tucupita Marcano to next summer’s squad.
