Parker Harm propels RedHawks with gem

FARGO — Parker Harm hurled the best outing of his pro career, guiding the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks to a 3-1 victory over the Winnipeg Goldeyes on Thursday night at Newman Outdoor Field.
In the final home game of the regular season for F-M, Parker Harm shined for six quality innings. He allowed no earned runs and fanned four batters.
Six innings is the longest outing of Harm’s professional career.
The RedHawks move to 4-0 in games Harm has started this season, which includes wins over divisional opponents Sioux City, Sioux Falls, Lincoln and Winnipeg.
Jose Sermo provided an offensive jolt for the second straight night for F-M, clubbing his 32nd home run of the season in the third inning. He moved to 101 RBIs on the year, two short of the RedHawks single-season record of 103 set by Darryl Motley in 1996.
Juan Fernandez and Brian Fuentes both smacked RBI singles in the second inning to drive in the other two runs for the RedHawks.
With the win, the RedHawks moved to 50-46, clinching their 10th consecutive traditional season with 50-plus wins. They sit in third place in the West Division, three games back of second-place Winnipeg and two games up on fourth-place Sioux Falls.
With a RedHawks win on Friday in Milwaukee, the RedHawks will clinch a postseason berth for the sixth straight year.
The RedHawks will wrap up their 2026 regular season campaign with a final four-game series against the Milkmen. First pitch on Friday in Milwaukee is set for 6:30 p.m.
